1、不論是什么材質(zhì)的消火栓箱，其壁厚都不能小于1.2 mm GB14561-2003。

2、薄鋼板材質(zhì)、鋁合金材質(zhì)以及其他符合國標要求的材料制成的消火栓箱的壁厚不能小于1.2 mm。

3、有些消火栓箱的箱門(mén)是玻璃材質(zhì)，對于這類(lèi)消火栓箱的要求是：箱門(mén)玻璃的厚度不能小于4 mm，其他部位不能小于1.2 mm。

4、消火栓箱的材質(zhì)都要進(jìn)行耐腐蝕處理。
