手動(dòng)啟泵功能應設置在消防控制室或消防泵房。為保證消防控制室啟動(dòng)泵的可靠性,采用硬拉線(xiàn)直接啟動(dòng)消防泵,可盡量減少干擾和風(fēng)險。在情況下,由于聯(lián)動(dòng)控制存在失效的可能性,如軟件受病毒侵害等危險,導致弱電信號總線(xiàn)無(wú)法移動(dòng)。由此可見(jiàn),手動(dòng)直接啟泵是消防啟泵必不可少的防線(xiàn)。消防控制室的手動(dòng)控制盤(pán)設置在消防控制室的消防聯(lián)動(dòng)控制器上。

消防設備需要自動(dòng)火災報警系統的聯(lián)動(dòng)控制,其聯(lián)動(dòng)觸發(fā)信號應采用兩個(gè)獨立的報警觸發(fā)裝置報警信號的“和”邏輯組合。聯(lián)動(dòng)觸發(fā)信號包括溫度(煙霧)火災探測器信號、手動(dòng)火災報警按鈕信號、壓力(流量)開(kāi)關(guān)動(dòng)作信號、消火栓按鈕動(dòng)作信號燈。聯(lián)鎖控制模式和消防聯(lián)動(dòng)控制器(聯(lián)動(dòng)控制模式)均可實(shí)現消防泵的自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)。

弱電信號和硬拉線(xiàn),如壓力開(kāi)關(guān)和流量開(kāi)關(guān),都是通過(guò)繼電器自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)消防泵的。消防系統中的應急機械啟動(dòng)功能是通過(guò)手動(dòng)關(guān)閉消防泵啟動(dòng)的,是指信號線(xiàn)或消防泵控制箱的控制線(xiàn)故障,通過(guò)消防泵控制箱門(mén)上的機械應急啟動(dòng)裝置,直接手動(dòng)關(guān)閉消防泵的主接觸器啟動(dòng)消防泵。只要消防泵在正常供電條件下,無(wú)論控制線(xiàn)路如何,都可以強制啟動(dòng),以確保消防的及時(shí)性。
