手動(dòng)啟泵功能應設置在消防控制室或消防泵房。為保證消防控制室啟動(dòng)泵的可靠性，采用硬拉線(xiàn)直接啟動(dòng)消防泵，可盡量減少干擾和風(fēng)險。在情況下，由于聯(lián)動(dòng)控制存在失效的可能性，如軟件受病毒侵害等危險，導致弱電信號總線(xiàn)無(wú)法移動(dòng)。由此可見(jiàn)，手動(dòng)直接啟泵是消防啟泵必不可少的防線(xiàn)。消防控制室的手動(dòng)控制盤(pán)設置在消防控制室的消防聯(lián)動(dòng)控制器上。
