堵塞消防通道會(huì )有哪些危害？

《新消防法》第二十八條規定任何單位、個(gè)人不得占用、堵塞、封閉疏散通道、出口、消防車(chē)通道。人員密集場(chǎng)所的門(mén)窗不得設置影響逃生和滅火救援的障礙物。如有違反本規定，根據《新消防法》第六十條單位違反本法規定，責令改正，處五千元以上五萬(wàn)元以下罰款，個(gè)人違反本規定的處警告或者五百元以下罰款。小區消防通道被占用，可分為以下幾種情況:
Article 28 of the new fire protection law stipulates that no unit or individual shall occupy, block or close evacuation passages, emergency exits and fire engine passages. 1、私人車(chē)輛占用。私人車(chē)輛占用消防車(chē)輛是小區消防車(chē)道阻塞的Z主要因素，由于小區停車(chē)場(chǎng)不夠或者收費昂貴，很多業(yè)主都將車(chē)停在小區消防通道，這樣往往延遲消防救援黃金時(shí)間，給發(fā)生火災的業(yè)主造成重大損失。
1. Private vehicle occupation. The occupation of fire-fighting vehicles by private vehicles is the main factor for the blockage of the fire lane in the community.
